The Coach Training Program

The Coach Training Program

For a number of reasons, we have chosen not to present the entire content and agenda of the ICI Coach Training Program.

First of all you need to be able to work in a field where you are not in control, that is both as a coach or a coaching leader. Our thesis is, that control can stand in the way of powerful coaching. Therefore, we have deliberately created a training environment with lack of control.

Furthermore, the training program will adjust to each specific training group. This means that the discussions, subjects and tools are not always given in the same order, but will adjust the development and need of the specific group and its individuals. In that way, our training programs follow the essence of coaching.
